— OUR MANIFESTO

We don't deal in commodities. We deliver the work of generations of growers across Brazil's regions, translated into cup consistency, lot after lot, for those who take coffee seriously.

01 · ORIGIN

Between the Mantiqueira and the Espinhaço ranges, the bean finds its time.

01 / 03 Farms between 900 and 1,200 m — the plateau that shapes the acidity.

Brazil is the commercial heart of world coffee. From Sul de Minas to the Cerrado, the Mogiana and beyond, the country's regions supply much of the specialty green coffee that feeds roasters worldwide.

From Switzerland, Coffea Praemia connects these regions to European roasters. We know our suppliers by name and follow the harvest and processing — so we can offer your business a word that's becoming rare on the market: predictability, with quality and trust.

Green Coffee

Selected Arabicas in 60kg bags. Micro-lots with a technical sheet per producer and plot. Availability subject to harvest.

ARABICA

Red Bourbon

Brazil's most awarded variety. Velvety body, dark-caramel sweetness, ripe citric acidity. A reference for a balanced cup.

ARABICA

Yellow Bourbon

More floral and sugary than the Red. Honey, peach and yellow-fruit notes. Highly sought for filter.

ARABICA

Yellow Catuaí

Yield with quality. Intense sweetness, creamy body, long finish. The backbone of many premium lots.

ARABICA

Mundo Novo / 19

Brazilian tradition. Full-bodied, chocolatey cup with low acidity and persistence. A classic base for espresso.

Maragogipe

The giant bean — nearly twice the size of common Arabica. Smooth, delicate, floral cup. Limited lots, high demand in premium markets.

ROBUSTA · CANEPHORA
